La Cerqua is a modern agro-sylvo-pastoral farm that retains the characteristics of the old family farms.

Here, quality replaces quantity. Guests are welcomed in old stone, wood and terracotta buildings (heated without fossil fuels). The restaurant and cafeteria are organic. Everything is cooked according to the simple recipes of rural tradition.
