As a Hungarian tour guide operating in Budapest, I primarily organize real walking and virtual tours for small groups or individuals, in which we use local public transport for longer distances, as I do in my private life. I like the electric buses of the public transport company. These do not pollute the air and, due to their small size, put less strain on the fragile limestone structure of Castle Hill in Buda, for example, which is a very popular destination for both tourists and locals. Both in my private life and as a tour guide with my guests, I visit local producers to buy cheese, honey and other local food items from them. I enjoy hiking in nature and encourage others to do the same. I also volunteer in my community. I am getting more and more conscious about keeping my ecological footprint as small as possible. My parents run a pure organic farm, sharing their crops with us and their friends, thus protecting their own and others’ health.
