Paola Cardinale Villalobos is the co-founder of the incoming travel agency Morpho Evasions. Guide and Costa Rican, Paola deeply loves her country and likes to share it by honoring Costa Ricans, its nature, its culture and its kindness.
Morpho Evasions was created in 2011 with the mission of promoting sustainable tailor-made tourism. The vision of the founders is to develop tourism that is useful to local populations and to reduce the impact of the tourist industry on the environment. Tourism thus becomes a real conservation tool. This is how Morpho Evasions, a local agency based in Costa Rica, has developed social projects, smart reforestation plans (without logging after a few years), partnership policies based on trust and fair compensation, but also by selecting quality service providers, with the most respectful socio-environmental practices possible.
The experience in these areas thus gave birth in 2019 to the first 100% sustainable journey in the world. (100% sustainable travel). This trip, whose accommodations have been carefully selected, is fully compensated: international flights, vehicle on site, digital data and process optimization.
We hope to show that promoting tourism that highlights cultural exchanges, immersion in nature and respect for people is possible, simple and inexpensive.
